Roof within Reach

Tectum Quality Roofing is proud to introduce a 2025 pilot program offering discounted pricing on roofing projects for income-qualified families, up to 115% of the Area Median Income (AMI*). As a company that deeply values community and believes in giving back, we are excited to support those in need with this initiative. The program is currently capped at 30 roofs for the year, though this number may increase if we secure additional grant funding. Through this effort, we aim to make safe, quality roofing more accessible to families in our community.

HUD creates regions for calculating AMI. The income limits for Pittsburgh are based on incomes in the Pittsburgh Metropolitan Statistical Area – Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties.  Click here for the 2024 AMI chart.
